What does regular pool service include?

Our monthly plan includes four professional maintenance visits each month (fifth weeks aren't part of the standard plan), with water testing and chemical balancing, netting and brushing, skimmer and pump basket cleaning, and an equipment inspection at every visit. See the What's included section below for the full breakdown.

Do you work with commercial pools?

Yes. Commercial maintenance is available for local properties. Grady will confirm the property type, service requirements, schedule, and documentation before providing a quote.

Is filter cleaning included?

Filter cleanings are mandatory for a healthy pool but billed separately. DE filters are cleaned about every 6 months and cartridge filters about every 4 months.

What about pool equipment issues?

If your pool equipment isn't operating properly, we'll perform an inspection to determine the cause and recommend the appropriate solution. Depending on the issue, we may be able to perform the necessary service, recommend replacement, or refer you to a trusted specialist when appropriate.
